There is no need to dwell on Pálmi’s music career, as few Icelandic musicians have had one as long and successful as his.

Who doesn’t remember songs like Þitt fyrsta bros, Vegurinn heim  and Hvers vegna varstu ekki kyrr?. And of course, everyone remembers Gleðibankinn, Iceland’s very first entry in Eurovision, performed by Pálmi along with Helga Möller and Eiríkur Hauksson.

In addition to performing with bands such as Mannakorn, Brunaliðið, Friðryk, Blúskompaníið and Póker, Pálmi has enjoyed a remarkable solo career, winning the hearts of the nation with timeless songs that every Icelander knows.

Pálmi doesn’t often perform solo, but now he steps onto the stage to revisit his remarkable career. It is safe to say this is a rare opportunity to hear Pálmi perform all of his most beloved songs in an intimate setting.

Joining Pálmi on stage will be the prodigy Þórir Úlfars.

At the “Trúnó” concerts in Hljómahöll, the audience experiences a unique closeness to the artists. The concerts take place in Berg, an intimate venue that holds around 100 guests, yet no compromises are made when it comes to sound or lighting. One could even describe it as a grand concert in a small hall.
