Gauti Þeyr Másson, better known as Emmsjé Gauti, is one of Iceland’s most popular musicians. He first emerged with his debut album Bara ég in 2011 and has since released countless hits, securing his place as one of the biggest names in Icelandic music.
Recently, Gauti has been performing in the stand-up show Púðursykur, where he appears on stage alongside well-known comedians such as Ari Eldjárn, Björn Bragi, Saga Garðars and others. Gauti himself has said that the trúnó concert series gave him the courage to take part in stand-up for the first time. In 2023, he made his first appearance at trúnó in Hljómahöll, where he opened up completely to the audience and was a huge success.

At trúnó concerts in Hljómahöll, guests get to experience a rare closeness with the artists. The concerts take place in Berg, which accommodates around 100 guests, yet no compromises are made when it comes to sound quality or lighting.
