Grýbos is a musical project by brothers Alexander and Jakob Grybos. The project began as experiments in a recording studio where everything was tested from A to Z, it quickly developed into a band with a powerful soundscape. They were joined by Hlynur Sævarsson on bass and Magnús Már Newman on drums. The music is characterized by large and powerful sections that flow effortlessly into softer ''atmospheric'' sections.

The band's first album will be released this fall and several singles are expected in the coming months. Grýbos will take to the stage in their hometown of Hljómahöll on April 22nd with reinforcements in tow.
