Duo Stemma performs Icelandic folk songs, rhymes, and poetry. They use various traditional instruments, such as violin, viola, marimba, drums, and also unconventional instruments and sound sources like horse jaws, Icelandic stones, children's toys, and they also sing.

Duo Stemma consists of Herdís Anna Jónsdóttir, a violist, and Steef van Oosterhout, a percussionist. They have played together for many years and performed numerous concerts in Iceland and abroad for children and adults. Duo Stemma received the 'Vorvindar' award from the IBBY organization in 2008 for their contribution to children's culture in Iceland. In the spring of 2022, they received funding from the Children's Culture Fund to perform throughout Europe for Icelandic children abroad.
The admission fee is 3,500 ISK, free for those 18 years and younger.
The concert is supported by the South Coast Development Fund.
