Moss Restaurant at The Retreat Hotel by the Blue Lagoon has once again been awarded a Michelin star—marking the third year in a row the restaurant has received this prestigious honor.

As the first hotel restaurant in Iceland to earn a Michelin star back in 2023, Moss continues to set the standard for fine dining in the country. Its seasonal seven-course tasting menu blends Icelandic ingredients with Asian influences, crafted under the creative direction of renowned chef Aggi Sverrisson.
